Milwan — User Agreement

Welcome to milwan.cam ("Milwan", "the Site", "we", "us" or "our"). Milwan is an English-language online betting information and educational guide operated for the benefit of Pakistani users and other audiences who access the Site. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Milwan governing your access to and use of all content, pages, guides, tools and resources published on milwan.cam.

Milwan is an informational and educational resource only. We do not operate a casino, sportsbook, poker room or any other form of gambling platform. We do not accept deposits, process wagers, hold player funds or issue winnings. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Site and continues for the duration of your use.

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

All decisions to access or use any third-party gambling platform are made independently by the User. Milwan accepts no responsibility for the conduct, practices, terms, offers or outcomes of any third-party operator.

Access to and use of the Site is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

5.1 Age

You must be aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction — to access content on the Site. Milwan is not intended for minors. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the Site, we reserve the right to restrict or remove that access. Adults are responsible for ensuring minors in their household cannot access gambling-related content.

5.2 Jurisdiction

6.1 Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Site's Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed or transmitted in any form without Milwan's prior written consent.

6.2 Trademarks

The "Milwan" name, logo and associated brand elements are the property of Milwan. Nothing on this Site grants you any right to use these trademarks, trade names or service marks without our explicit written permission.

6.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content, feedback or correspondence to Milwan, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish such submissions for purposes related to the operation and improvement of the Site, subject to our Privacy Policy.

When using the Site, you agree to abide by the following standards of acceptable use. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) or any other relevant Pakistani legislation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, databases or related systems.
• Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, malicious code or other harmful material to the Site.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to extract, copy or index Site Content without prior written consent.

Milwan reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these acceptable use standards and to take any action we deem appropriate, including restricting access to the Site.

8.1 Accuracy of Content

While Milwan endeavours to ensure that all Content is accurate, up to date and fairly presented, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information on the Site. 8.2 No Gambling Advice

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milwan and its directors, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, financial loss, reputational damage or personal injury — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Site;
• Any decision to register with, deposit funds into, or otherwise use any third-party gambling operator referenced on the Site;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;

If informal resolution is not achievable within a reasonable timeframe, disputes may be referred to the competent courts or arbitration forums of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
